A crossdressing friend had pointed me to Carole Jean’s Petticoat Punishment site well before I became really aware of femdom culture. (At the time I was shocked and sickened by the sexism.)
So Curtus’ style was vaguely familiar to me but I didn’t really become concsious of him until Sardax identified a Curtus drawing that I posted earlier.
